How do I cancel an order on sewbery.com?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us your order id/ messaging our support team on live chat or social media.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, you can claim a full refund in form of credit note.
If the cancellation is after your product has processed:
- Sewbery expects you to understand that these dresses are custom made as per your sizes and requirements, so orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. We expect you to accept the delivery. Any rejection will lead you to land up on our blacklist/bad customer list.( Like why? Just accept the order,its made specially for you)
What Is Our Return Policy?
SEWBERY has a strict 7 DAYS Return/Exchange Policy. After the product is delivered within 7 days if the request is made, it will be considered. To raise a request please fill the form below.
If any kind of rejection is made by the customer there will be a lien balance on her account with us which will be collected in their next order! Also please note that our UI is not yet upgraded so a customer can request his/her statement anytime to know the order history and balances.
Kindly note on returns credit note can be used on EXPRESS SHOP category only.
- The products have to be unused and the tags have to be secure on the product.
- Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse return. If you have removed the tags but not used the product, please contact customer service and we will see if anything can be done to help you out.
- Please try clothing articles with the tags on to check sizes. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags and trot around town being a Sewbery customer.
- The quality of the fabrics used by us are premium and we assure you that they are the same as mentioned in the descriptions.
- Products cannot be simply returned on like/dislike basis. There should be a logical reason for reuturning back your own custom made product.
- Reverse pickup facility is available only for products above Rs. 2500 (INR)
- Sewbery only issues store credits, we don't have cash/bank refund policy.
- Please note credit note and discount coupon can not be applied in the same order
- Store credits will be provided once the product is delivered at our office and our team does Proper quality check of the same.
- Store credits will be provided deducting the shipping charges( Forward shipping-200, Reverse shipping-200, SEWBERY LUXURY PRODUCT- Rs. 1000 Forward and Rs. 1000 Reverse)
- Express shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Store credits is valid only for 6 months.
- Items sold under store credits are final. No returns/exchanges will be entertained of any sort.
- Color can vary as per your screen settings and Fabric availibility(as per availblity in the markets).
- All kind of international delvieries and sales are final. No returns and exchange allowed on them.
- No credit note/ refund/ store credit/ exchange will be provided on customised products which 100% differs from our pattern and colour.
- Kindly note reverse pickup will take the time it takes by courier company. Customers are requested to monitor their shipments on www.shadowfax.in . We will not be liable to any delays caused by courier company and we will ensure that as soon as package reaches us back we will isssue you the credit note at the earliest. Also customers are requested to be patient and if in case there is any urgency customer can self ship the shipment as well. Normal tat period of reverse pcikup to reach back to us is 7-10 days maximum.
- Client cannot use the voucher code of credit note more than once. Hence if there is any mistake in booking SEWBERY will not be liable for the same.
- Kindly note credit note can be used on EXPRESS SHOP category only.
- Accepting or rejecting any kind of quality check is the decision of our management's decision and clients are requested not to force us for any kind of QC acceptance. Kindly note if there is any QC rejection or any kind of wrong product handed over to the reverse pickup person then the courier charges Of. Rs 500/- will have to be borne by the client.
We belive major problem comes in sizing only. SO STAY ASSURED GUYS. We are here to address your issues. If you face any kind of size issues, it will be rectified, exchanged whichever is the best option.
Dress looks used? Apologies in advance, Let us send you a new one ASAP.
Color Faded away after wash? Apologies, let us look into this matter.
Reverse Pickup Instructions:-
Once approved, we will send a pickup person at your place for pickup. Please provide him with the following address for speedy remidial.
Please note that PICKUP will be arranged only once. Post that you will have to courier us the package.
If package is couriered/ picked up within 7days after delivery then only requests will be resolved.
What Is The Return Procedure?
To return the product, please pack the product in the original packging and address it to:
G-18, Ground floor, Hilton Cetner,
Sector-11, CBD Belapur,
Contact Customer Care at [email protected] and we will arrange a pick up. In the event that the product is under the value of Rs.2600 the customer is requested to package it and courier it to the above address. The courier must be done within 7 days of informing us that you want to return the product. If we havent recieved the product after 15 days since we were informed of the return, we will be unable to accept the product.
On the pre-decided time, our courier service will pick up the product from you. Note: This is the last moment you can change your mind!
Once we receive and examine the product, we will provide you with a credit note which will be redeemable on our website for six months. Please note that we do not make cash refunds/bank refunds.
