Returns Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Order placed are all made-to-order
  • Cancellation period is of 24 hours only, after that order will start processing.
  • No cancellations will be allowed after 24 hours.
  • Door step rejection will lead to account disablement
  • Cancelled orders will be given credit note only.



Return Policy

  • We believe in Customer satisfaction, hence we always go extra mile to satisfy our customers. We don't take any returns however if you need any minor changes in the outfit post receiving it, we will get it done for you.
  • Returns on customised products (color, plus size, pattern, style, design) will not be taken into consideration.
  • We don't provide any return pickups. Customer has to self ship the product.
  • The total period of rectification will take maximum 15 days post receiving it.

  • Even if a customer self ships the product and provides wrong product in it, we wouldn’t be liable to provide any refund.
  • Detachable Can Can is non returnable/refundable.



Refund Policy

  • Sewbery is a brand which deals in customised clothing, hence we don't offer any kind of refunds. However we always go a mile ahead for our customers in case they need any changes or rectifications in their outfits. We offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. 

Exchange Policy

  • We believe in Customer satis-faction, hence we have a very liberal exchange policy. Now customers can exchange their product within 15 days of delivery for size issues only! The size will be altered to its maximum possibility for the customer( you won't be eligble to get L size if you order 3XS).
  • You can now exchange the ordered product in case of size issues.
  • The same has to be done by filing an exchange request on the link below.
  • With 24-48 working hours of the request the pickup will happen
  • The total period of exchanging will take maximum 15 days.
  • In case customers hand over wrong product to the courier agency, we will not acknowledge their exchange request and hold the product until shipping charges for the same are paid for.
  • Incase customer needs urgent exchange they need to self ship the product to us.
  • Incase customer hands over wrong product sewbery wouldn’t be liable for the same.
