Sewbery.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Saturdays, Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only( FeDex, Aramex, Ecom Express, Delhivery) . If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost but CASH ON DELIVERY WON'T BE AVAILABLE.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
To Enjoy hassel free services we have kept the all delivery charges absolutely free of cost. With low shipping cost comes great responsibility, so we hope you read the returns policy first before ordering. We are offering FREE COD AND SHIPPING all over INDIA at the moment. Kindly note any rejection or incomplicance to our policy will give us the authority to secure our interests first as this is not a reselling website we make outfits for you and customised outfits cannot be cancelled.
Interantional Deliveries take atleast 25 days from the date of order. In case any custom/clearance charges occur, customer has to bare the same.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 14-15 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. We expect you to understand that courier partners can delay the delivery due to specific issues beyond their control. So if you PLAN TO WEAR IT ON A SPECIAL OCCASSION. PLEASE ORDER IT 20 days prior.
Please also note in few cases, orders might get delayed due to some uncontrolable issues and go beyond expected delivery date slab we hope you will cooperate with us and help us grow.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please accept the package and and please call our customer care at live chat and social media or email us the proof of tampered product at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
