Team Sewbery believes in customer statisfaction & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on sewbery.com?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us your order id/ messaging our support team on live chat or social media.

For outright cancellations by you:

-     If you cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, you can claim a full refund.

If the cancellation is after your product has processed:

-     Sewbery expects you to understand that these dresses are custom made as per your sizes and requirements, so orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. We expect you to accept the delivery. Any rejection will lead you to land up on our blacklist/bad customer list.( Like why? Just accept the order,its made specially for you)

Return Policy

What Is Our Return Policy?

SEWBERY has a strict 7 DAYS Return/Exchange Policy. After the product is delivered within 7 days if the request is made, it will be considered. To raise a request please fill the form below.

If any kind of rejection is made by the customer there will be a lien balance on her account with us which will be collected in their next order!

also please note that our UI is not yet upgraded so a customer can request his/her statement anytime to know the order history and balances.

 

Return Conditions:

  1. The products have to be unused and the tags have to be secure on the product. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse return. If you have removed the tags but not used the product, please contact customer service and we will see if anything can be done to help you out.
  2. Please try clothing articles with the tags on to check sizes. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags and trot around town being a Sewbery customer.
  3. The quality of the fabrics used by us are premium and we assure you that they are the same as mentioned in the descriptions. 
  4. Products cannot be simply returned on like/dislike basis. There should be a logical reason for reuturning back your own custom made product.
  5. Sale of all discounted items are FINAL. All items bought during any sale, promotion, discount by sewbery or by any discount coupon fall under this catagory. No returns will be accepted.
  6. Luxury products involving handwork and heavy work which is outsourced to any other vendor by sewbery will not be subject to any return. For any quality and manufacturing defect or size issues please get in touch with support.
  7. Only store credits will be provided.
  8. Size issue is strictly subject to exchange.
  9. Color can vary as per your screen settings and Fabric availibility(as per availblity in the markets).

Exchange conditions:

  • We belive major problem comes in sizing only. SO STAY ASSURED GUYS. We are here to address your issues. If you face any kind of size issues, it will be rectified, exchanged whichever is the best option.
  • If you have liked another dress it cannot be subject to excahnge/return/store credits. Only defective cases will be entertained.
  • Dress looks used? Apologies in advance, Let us send you a new one ASAP.
  • Color Faded away after wash? Apologies, let us look into this matter.
Reverse Pickup Instructions:-
  1. Once approved, we will send a pickup person at your place for pickup. Please provide him with the following address for speedy remidial.
  2. Please note that PICKUP will be arranged only once. Post that you will have to courier us the package.
  3. If package is couriered/ picked up within 7days after delivery then only requests will be resolved.

 

What Is The Return Procedure?

To return the product, please pack the product in the original packging and address it to:

Contact Customer Care at contact@sewbery.com and we will arrange a pick up. In the event that the product is under the value of Rs.1500 the customer is requested to package it and courier it to the above address. The courier must be done within 7 days of informing us that you want to return the product. If we havent recieved the product after 15 days since we were informed of the return, we will be unable to accept the product.

On the pre-decided time, our courier service will pick up the product from you. Note: This is the last moment you can change your mind!

Once we receive and examine the product, we will provide you with a credit note which will be redeemable on our website for a year. Please note that we do not make cash refunds.

 

Incase sewbery is able to rectify the product, the store credit request cannot be accepted as sewbery expects you to understand that all the products are custom made and customised as per the standard size chart or custom sizing given to us.

What Is Our Exchange Policy?

Exchanges can be made for products that are defected or if you need a different size. In this case, please contact Customer Service on (to be announce) or email us at contact@sewbery.com and we will arrange a pick up and send a fresh product or different size as per your requirements.
